About us.
It goes beyond just a logo; it’s about the individuals. Our aim is to cultivate a team embodying the discipline of world-class athletes, all while actively contributing to the women’s running community. Our commitment extends to making a genuine impact on young female runners through programs that prioritize meaningful influence over mere photo opportunities.
The Team
Athletes run WITH us, not FOR us.
Heartland Track Club strives to be athlete focused. We want our athletes to have every possible opportunity to race and make money. Often times, athletes that are on teams are limited in their negotiating power because they would have to leave their coach and team to get a sponsor that is willing to pay more money. Our athletes can have any sponsor, and are not required to wear our logo to be part of the team.
Our coach-athlete relationships are collaborative. The coaches do not work for the athlete, and the athlete does not run for the coach. We work together to get better.
